Fox Farm Diner
The Fox Farm Diner is a relatively new establishment, in the building that used to be a Chinese buffet, on Fox Farm Road across the street from the Heritage Inn and kinda out behind the Lucky Lil’s.
It has been been a long time since I was in this building – it is a huge space for a diner. Gotta wonder how they can afford the lease.
But they are giving it a try. Seems like it is a mom-and-pop effort, with special recipes by the husband, and they definitely are not just the normal breakfasts, with lots of special creations that read very tasty. But I went with a standard platter, scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, and some special potatoes. Was very good.
The other thing they have here is some cool local artwork on the walls, stuff you won’t find just anywhere.
Food is good, prices are right, and worth some future visits. Best of luck to these owners.
