Huevos and Machaca, Taqueria Guadalajara

Let’s face it, our choices for decent Mexican food in Great Falls are not all that numerous. Really good choices, even more sparse. And places for decent authentic Mexican breakfasts? I’m not sure one even exists.
So when you travel out of town especially to a southwestern state it’s mandatory to stop in somewhere for a decent palte of huevos rancheros or huevos and chorizo or, in my case, huevos and machaca, that tasty spiced beef that’s to die for when it is done correctly. And Taqueria Guadalajara does it right. Mmmmm.
Plus, they serve hot sauce and salsa that is actually hot. Your innards will thank you all afternoon.
